Inspired by the classic fairy tale’ Little Red Riding Hood’ this painting depicts the small red figure of the young little red against a cold and desolate backdrop. The forest radiates to the left calling Little Red in so that she may begin her journey. This piece is part of my “Little Red Riding Hood” collection, a tale I’m incredibly fond of. I see my Little Red as a celebration of experience and grace.....the one who has triumphed over both her internal and external wolves.
