Cloudy winter days can seem drab in palette and initiate feelings of weariness as we ponder the long dark days of winter. But an evening sunset with colours of gold and orange against the white blanketed snow can elevate our spirits and force us to bask in the glory of winter’s charm.
In this small painting, I capture these divine moments of glory by using a palette that seems borrowed from the heavens.
